This study, the first of its kind focusing on healthy participants, showed a significant reduction in ROS levels immediately after treatment, with continued improvement 24 hours later. These findings mark a major advancement in the field and pave the way for new approaches in combating oxidative stress, which is closely linked to various chronic diseases.
