Rayan Mohammed, MBBS

Dr. Rayan Mohammed is a licensed General Practitioner who focuses on Women’s Health. Dr. Mohammed works with the experience team to provide clients with a wholistic understanding of the Precision System of Care, to help them at every stage of their wellness journey.

SPECIALIST, PHYSIO AND MASSAGE THERAPY

Tetiana Plokha, MA

Tetiana Plokha is a skilled and licensed physical therapist with a Master’s degree from Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, Ukraine, she holds certifications in physiotherapy rehabilitation for musculoskeletal system diseases and neurological disorders. Tetiana employs effective pain management techniques such as myofascial release, dry needling, kinesiotaping, and tailored exercise programs.

Umut Fahrioğlu, Ph.D. MA

Dr. Fahrioğlu completed his Bachelor of Science in genetics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and then completed his Ph.D. degree in Human Genetics and Developmental Biology at the University of Minnesota. He also obtained a master’s degree in Genetic Counselling at the University of Manchester and went on to practice counselling in Manchester, UK. Along with seeing patients at the Precision Health clinics; Dr. Fahrioğlu works with the global medical board on developing new approaches to personalized genomics analysis to help better understand complex and chronic conditions.

Angelique Diedericks, MMedSc

Angelique is a licensed genetic counsellor with extensive experience working with complex genetic disorders, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral genetics, and a Master’s in Genetic Counselling from the University of Cape Town, where her research focused on parental perspectives in Neuro Developmental Disorders. Angelique reviews genetic reports and counsels on areas of prenatal, fertility, pediatric, adult, and cancer genetics.

Aqila Asinan, MSc

Mrs. Asinan, has a bachelor’s degree in Genomics and Molecular Genetics from Michigan State University and a master’s in Genetic Counselling from Al-Faisal University. Ms. A Sinan specializes in tertiary genomic data analysis for cancer and hereditary disorders, she also provides counseling for clients in English and Arabic, for a number of genetic areas including, cancer, pediatric and personalized genetics.

Sana El Banna, RN, BSN, MSc

Sana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the Lebanese American University, and a Master’s Degree in Public Health at the University of Central Lancashire, she is a certified functional health coach, along with other team members; Sana ensures that clients have a seamless and pleasant wellness journey, she is devoted to her patients and clients and takes personal responsibility to making sure all aspects of their journey are efficient.

Daniya Halaoui

Before joining Precision Wellness, Dania spent eight years guiding clients toward better health—six years in a leading Dubai wellness center and two years as an independent Health & Wellness Coach.

Dania helps people feel their best by meeting them exactly where they are. She takes time to understand each client’s real-life challenges, then designs simple, doable protocols that show how small tweaks can spark lasting change. Dania works comfortably with clients of all ages—from busy executives to health-conscious individuals—always focusing on progress, not perfection.

Off the clock, you’ll find her practising the same self-care she recommends: lymphatic massages, red-light sessions, her favourite hydrogen-inhalation reset, and quality time with the people who recharge her. Mervana is a certified Sports Nutrition Specialist and Weight Management Coach with additional training in Prenatal and Postnatal Nutrition. She is also skilled in applying cognitive behavioral techniques to help clients build sustainable health habits. As part of the Precision Wellness team, Mervana is committed to delivering personalized wellness experiences that support healing, performance, and lifestyle change. She works closely with clients to ensure they feel supported, heard, and empowered throughout their journey.

Salma Abdelghany Aly, MD, PhD

Dr. Salma is a consultant of hematopathologist and clinical pathology. She served as a university lecturer; Dr. Aly heads up the Lab team to provide exclusive specialty diagnostic reports to our clients, including personalized genetics, molecular diagnostics and functional blood chemistry reports. Dr. Aly and her team are an integral part of the investigational phase of the wellness journey, their reports provide the essential evidence-based approach that the Prevision Health System of Care offers to its clients.

Saima Shahzadi, MA

Saima Shahzadi, a licensed Laboratory Technologist, who holds a master’s degree in Health Administration. Saima is an ISO:15189 auditor, she runs quality assurance for our CAP and triple-ISO accredited clinical laboratory, to ensure that all lab testing, and reports are performed in accordance with the highest international standards.

Iryna Volobuieva, MSc

Iryna, a molecular genetics specialist, with over 15 years of expertise in laboratory genetics, specializes in Next Generation Sequencing, Iryna leads the molecualr genetics team in the lab developer an array of personalized genomics reports including, whole exome and genome sequencing reports, microbiome analysis, hereditary cancer screening and tumor profiling repots, as well as perinatal genetics testing and reports.

Mohamed Chair, MSc

Mr. Chair holds a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences and Biotechnology, along with a Master’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Sciences of Tunisia., Mr. Chair has been involved in setting up genomics laboratories across Africa for more than a decade, he is a gifted molecular genomics expert and he leads a team of scientists and molecular biology specialists to develop unique laboratory testing to measure cri tidal elements of health for clients, he also leads the research and publications team responsible for publishing results of our unique protocols.

Alvin Rebellon

Alvin Rebellon has over two decades of experience in the fitness industry, specializing in corrective exercise and post-clinic musculoskeletal injury management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy and a Doctorate Degree in Osteopathy and also a qualified practitioner of Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Clinical Dry Needling, and Dry Cupping. Certified as a Rehab Trainer, Personal Trainer, and Performance Enhancement Specialist, he is dedicated to bridging the gap between rehabilitation practice and commercial fitness. Alvin advocates the idea of “exercise as medicine,” by continually providing education and training to exercise professionals to promote optimal health outcomes. His commitment to excellence and continuous learning highlights his mission to empower individuals to achieve their fitness and rehabilitation goals effectively outside the clinical walls.

Silvana Isaac is a highly qualified physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, specializing in Women’s Health. With over five years of hands-on experience in advanced musculoskeletal rehabilitation, she brings expertise across orthopaedics, sports injury rehabilitation, women’s health, and manual therapy. Silvana holds advanced certifications in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, and Kinesio Taping, which complement her holistic approach to healing. Currently practicing at the intersection of physiotherapy and wellness, she designs individualized rehabilitation programs that integrate evidence-based methods with the restorative principles of Pilates. Her practice emphasizes functional recovery, movement quality, and long-term resilience, offering an elevated standard of care that merges clinical expertise with a refined wellness experience—empowering clients to achieve balance, vitality, and sustainable physical health.
