3. Health Data and User Consent

  • You can revoke access to any connected wearable device at any time.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers and retained only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
 When data is no longer needed, it is safely deleted or anonymized.

5. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the app settings. We offer two methods to give you flexibility and control over your data.

1. Temporary Deactivation

This option is for when you need a break but might want to return. Your account and data are not immediately removed.

  • 30-Day Grace Period: Your account will be scheduled for deletion, which will be completed after a 30-day waiting period.
  • Data Preserved: During this time, all your data is kept securely on our servers.
  • Easy Recovery: If you log back into your account at any time within the 30-day period, the deletion request will be automatically canceled, and you will regain full access to your account immediately.
  • Profile Hidden: While deactivated, your profile will be hidden from other users.

2. Permanent Deletion

This option will permanently and irreversibly remove your account and all associated data.

  • Immediate Action: Your account is scheduled for immediate and permanent deletion.
  • Data Erased: All your personal data, including your profile, history, and any other information you have provided, will be completely erased from our records and cannot be recovered.
  • Irreversible: This action cannot be undone. You will not be able to recover your account or any of its data once the process is complete.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information only with:

  • Trusted service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics) who operate under confidentiality and data protection agreements
  • Legal or regulatory authorities if required by law
  • In aggregated or de-identified form for research or improvement purposes

We never share your personal or health data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

7. Security

We employ industry-standard measures including encryption, secure servers, and limited access controls to protect your data.
 Despite our efforts, no system can guarantee 100% security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may:

  • Access, correct, or delete your data
  • Withdraw consent for data collection at any time
  • Request that your account be deleted by contacting us

We will respond to all verified requests in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
 If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us to have it removed.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. We will notify users via the App or email if material changes occur.
